The training utilizes a blended learning approach, combining online theory modules and instructional videos with hands-on skill stations and on site simulation sessions to assess technical and non- technical skills drive through validated tools such as T-NOTeCHS for teamwork and DASH for debriefing quality, the project seeks to create a sustainable and scalable implementation model that can be institutionalized nationwide in collaboration with the National Health Training Center.
